Partner Attendance Kiosk
Partner Attendance Kiosk Odoo App gives your front desk a self-service check-in point for
visitors and partners. Set up one or more kiosks, each on its own private link with your logo, colours, and
welcome message, and let people sign in and out on a tablet or touch screen without tying up reception.
Guests check in by scanning a badge, scanning a QR code with the camera, typing a PIN, or searching their
name, and a new visitor can register on the spot and be checked in straight away. Every visit is recorded
with its time in, time out, and duration, so you always know who is on site.
Pre-register expected guests and email them an invitation, print visitor badges one at a time or in bulk,
get an email and chat alert the moment a VIP arrives, and review attendance through graph, pivot, kanban,
and calendar views. It suits any office, site, or building that wants a tidy, self-service front desk.

Yes. The module supports multi-kiosk configurations. You can set up specialized profiles for different entrances or buildings, each with their own settings independently.
Are visitor records and history maintained securely?
Absolutely. Complete check-in history, registration details, host assignments, and sign-out times are securely stored and linked to each partner's profile.
Does this work with multi-company setups?
Yes. All kiosk models have multi-company record rules. Users only see records belonging to their allowed companies. Each company can have its own kiosks and configurations.
