1. Manage Your Receipt Designs

Open Point of Sale > Configuration > Receipt Designs to see every template in one list, each with its name, accent color, and an active switch. Drag a row to change the order, or open any design to rename it, set the accent color, write a short description, and add a preview image. Use New to create your own, or duplicate one to start from a design that is close to what you want.

2. Set the Receipt Style for Each POS

Open Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings and pick a register. In the Receipt Designs block you choose the design template, set the font size, and pick an accent color. You also control the logo and which company details appear, choose whether to print the cashier, order reference, customer block, and tax breakdown, and set your thank-you note, promotional message, and QR code. Each register can keep its own look.

3. See Your Design on the Printed Receipt

Run your Point of Sale as usual and complete orders the normal way. When you print or email a ticket, it comes out in the exact design and options you picked, and it looks the same whether you are online or offline.
