Sports Facility Management Odoo App runs the whole booking side of a sports venue from inside Odoo. Set up your facilities, their courts and the sports they host, generate bookable time slots, and publish the venues to your own website. Customers browse what is on, pick a date and an open slot, and either pay online to confirm or reserve now and pay at the venue.
Behind the counter, every booking is one clear record with the customer, court, slots, price and status, moving from confirmed through checked in to completed. Paid online bookings raise a sale order and a tax invoice on their own, and cancellations follow the refund rules you set. A live dashboard shows revenue, occupancy, no-show rate and the busiest courts and hours.
It suits turf grounds, courts, clubs and multi-sport complexes that want online booking, tidy records and clear numbers in one place.

Double-Booking Protection
The booking engine locks a slot the moment it is taken, so two customers can never grab the same court and time.
Pay Online or at the Venue
Customers pay online through your payment providers, or reserve and pay at the venue. Paid bookings raise a sale order and invoice.
Cancellation and Refund Rules
Define tiered cancellation policies per facility. The refund due is worked out from how far ahead the customer cancels, and the slot is freed.
Booking Lifecycle and Check-In
Track every booking through confirmed, checked in and completed. Staff check customers in and close sessions in one click.
Auto No-Show and Hold Release
Unpaid held slots are freed on their own, and bookings no one turns up for are flagged as No-Show, keeping the calendar accurate.
Customer Portal
Signed-in customers see their bookings, review the details and cancel within policy from a My Bookings area.
Analytics Dashboard
A live dashboard shows revenue, bookings, occupancy, no-show rate, sport mix, top courts, busiest hours and an occupancy heatmap.
Online Booking with Online Payment
Watch how customers browse published facilities on the website, select a date and time slot, fill in their details, pay securely online, and receive a confirmed booking with all details.
Online Booking with Pay at Venue
See how customers reserve a slot on the website and choose to pay at the venue. A booking is created and confirmed without generating a Sale Order, keeping the walk-in flow fast and simple.
Analytics Dashboard
A complete overview of facility performance: total bookings, revenue, occupancy rates, and today’s check-ins, with date and facility filters.
All Bookings List
View all bookings with full details, customer, facility, court, slots, amount, and status. Use filters and group-by to quickly find any booking.
Booking Form for Online Payment
After a successful online payment, the booking is confirmed and linked to its Sale Order and Customer Invoice via smart buttons. Staff can then click Check In to register the customer’s arrival.
Completing a Booking
Click Mark Complete to close out the session and move the booking to Completed status, keeping your records clean and accurate.
Today’s Bookings
A dedicated view showing only today’s scheduled bookings, making it easy for front-desk staff to manage arrivals and check-ins throughout the day.
Facility List & Setup
Browse and manage all your sports facilities. Create new facilities with full details, images, sport types, and publish them to the booking website.
Facility Detail View
The facility form shows all configuration details including location, linked courts, sport types, cancellation policy, and website publishing status.
Court List & Setup
Manage all courts across your facilities. Assign sport types, set capacities, add court images, and configure per-court pricing rules.
Slot Availability
See every generated slot with its facility, court, start and end time, price and status. Available and booked slots are clear at a glance, along with who booked each one.
Pricing Rules
Create and manage pricing rules by day, time range, or season. Rules are automatically applied when customers book a slot online or at the front desk.
Cancellation Policies
Define tiered refund policies per facility. Set custom thresholds (e.g., free cancellation 48 hours before, 50% refund within 24 hours, no refund afterwards).
Module Settings
Configure global parameters: slot hold duration, booking horizon (days in advance), default cancellation policy, and No-Show grace period.
Sport Types
Manage the list of supported sport types (e.g., Football, Badminton, Pickleball). These are used to classify facilities and courts and drive website filtering.
Amenities
Define and assign amenities (e.g., Parking, Changing Rooms, Cafeteria, Wi-Fi) to facilities. These are displayed on the public booking page to help customers choose the right venue.

Does it integrate with Odoo Accounting?
Yes! Booking payments made online are automatically linked to a Customer Invoice in Odoo Accounting. The payment state on the booking updates in real time as invoices are paid.
