WhatsApp Purchase Connector for Odoo

This module integrates WhatsApp with Odoo’s Purchase module, allowing you to send message templates and Purchase Orders, and other media directly to vendors. It supports attachments, logs all conversations for traceability, and helps streamline and centralize vendor communication within Odoo.

Go to Whatsapp >Templates and Create a new purchase Order Template

The template stays in "Sent" status until Meta reviews and approves it

Once approved by meta, state changes to "Approve"

Preview the message template

Open Purchase Order and click on "Send by Whatsapp"

Preview the selected Purchase Order dynamically, choose the template and report type, then click "Send" to deliver the WhatsApp message

View whatsapp message on your whatsapp

Track messages sent to vendor in Chatter
