What This Module Does
Scheduled Portal Invitations
A scheduled action runs every minute and picks up to 5 contacts flagged for portal invitation, granting access and sending the email automatically.
Flag-Based Triggering
Contacts are processed when x_studio_need_invitation is True and the invitation email has not yet been sent, preventing duplicate invitations.
Marks Contacts as Processed
After the invitation email is sent, the contact is marked to prevent re-processing on subsequent runs.
Throttled for Deliverability
Processing 5 contacts per minute avoids email server rate limits while ensuring all flagged contacts are onboarded quickly.
