Available Stock on Sales Lines
Available quantity is displayed directly on Sales Order lines so sales staff can confirm stock before committing to an order.
Available Stock on Purchase Lines
Purchase Order lines also show available quantity, helping buyers understand current inventory levels when placing replenishment orders.
Displayed in Order Line UOM
The quantity is shown in the same unit of measure as the order line (units, dozens, cases, etc.) — no mental UOM conversion needed.
Auto-Updates on Change
