What This Module Does
Approval Before SO Confirmation
When a quotation is confirmed — from the backend or the customer portal — it enters 'Pending Approval' instead of immediately creating deliveries.
Authorised Approver Required
Only users with the designated approval permission can release the SO to fully confirmed state and trigger delivery creation.
Works from Portal
Customers who confirm from the portal are also held at Pending Approval, ensuring no deliveries are committed without internal sign-off.
Complete Approval History
All approval actions are logged, providing a full record of who authorised each sales order and when.
