Documents Hub — DMS & File Sharing
A document management system for Odoo Community — which ships no Documents app.
Organise files in a folder tree, tag and search them, control who can access each folder, and share documents with customers through the portal. Uploads get automatic size and type detection, image previews and a full chatter history.

A hierarchy of workspaces, each optionally restricted to specific user groups — so the right people see the right files.
Tags, previews & search
Automatic size/type detection, image thumbnails, colour tags and a kanban grouped by folder make files easy to find.
Share with customers
Set a document's Shared with contact and they can view and download it from their portal — no backend access needed.
Standard & safe
Files are stored as normal Odoo attachments; portal downloads are served securely. Chatter history on every document.
