A thin, school-aware layer on top of Odoo HR
HR is a deliberately thin bridge between the School ERP suite and Odoo HR. Rather than duplicating workforce management, it tags each employee with the institution they belong to and whether they are teaching staff, then lets standard Odoo HR handle contracts, time off, attendance, payroll and recruitment.
The result is a single employee record shared by HR and the academic side — no parallel personnel models, just additive fields on the employee form. It is the clean basis the Teachers module builds on for filtering, reporting and assignment.
