Documents Reminder & Alert
Seamlessly add expiry tracking, automated email reminders, and recurring overdue escalations to the Odoo Documents app. Ensure critical contracts, licenses, and certificates never expire unnoticed.
Why use this module?
Document Expiry Tracking
Assign specific expiry dates to standard Odoo documents and dynamically track how many days are left until expiration.
Flexible Reminder Rules
Define multiple custom intervals (e.g., 30 Days Before, 15 Days Before, On Expiry Day) globally or on a per-document basis.
Overdue Escalations
Configurable overdue escalation alerts sent periodically to a designated Head of Department (HOD) until action is taken.
Reminder Logs
Dedicated reminder logs track which alerts were sent, to whom, on what date, and how many days were left when triggered.
