Docusign Odoo Connector

Open the DocuSign Developer account and navigate to Apps and Keys. If this is your first time, click on the ‘Add App and Integration Key’ button.

Enter a name and click on ‘Create App’.

Afterwards this window will appear from there you can get the Integration Key.

Scroll down and, under Service Integration, click on the ‘Generate RSA’ button to create new keys.

The public and private key pair will be generated. Copy both keys and save them securely.

Add your Live URL as the Redirect URL and save.

For the first time, we need to grant access to the application. Please replace YOUR_INTEGRATION_KEY and YOUR_REDIRECT_URI with your own Integration Key and Redirect URL, then use the following link:

Open the DocuSign module in Odoo, create a new credential, and save it with the Integration Key, User ID, and Account ID. Then attach the RSA key pair.

Open a Sales Order and click on the Send Document button.

Add a reference and attach the document to be signed.

Double-click on the place where the signature is required, select the signature from the dropdown, and click Send Document.

The customer receives an email to review and sign the document.

Once they click the Review Document button, they can view the document and sign it.

In the Sales Order, under the DocuSign tab, you can see the status of the document. To update the status, choose the credentials from the dropdown and click Update Status.

Once the status is complete we can get the signed document.

The completed signed document is shown below.
