Connect DoorDash with Odoo through API
This is the DoorDash Drive API settings page in Odoo, where users configure their DoorDash credentials — Developer ID, Key ID, and Signing Secret — and view the auto-generated Webhook Endpoint URL. Sensitive values are blurred for privacy, and a Test Credentials button allows users to verify their JWT configuration before going live.
Configure Pickup & Delivery Defaults
Set your default pickup location details — including Business Name, Phone (E.164 format), Address, and Pickup Instructions — along with Delivery Defaults such as Currency and Default Tip amount. These values are automatically applied to every DoorDash delivery dispatched from Odoo, eliminating the need to re-enter them on each order.
Dispatch Deliveries Directly from Sales Orders
Once a Sales Order is confirmed in Odoo, a Send via DoorDash button appears alongside the standard order actions. With a single click, the order — including customer address, order lines, and value — is dispatched to DoorDash Drive for on-demand delivery, without leaving the Sales Order view.
Track Every Delivery in Real Time
Each dispatched delivery gets a dedicated tracking record in Odoo, showing the full delivery lifecycle — from Created through to Delivered — along with key details like Delivery Fee, Tracking URL, Support Reference, Dasher Name and Phone, and Estimated Pickup and Dropoff times. A Cancel Delivery option is available at any stage, giving you full control directly from Odoo.
DoorDash Fees Automatically Added to the Sales Order
When a delivery is dispatched via DoorDash, the DoorDash Delivery Fee and DoorDash Tip are automatically appended as order lines on the Sales Order, ensuring accurate invoicing without any manual entry. The DoorDash delivery count is also shown in the top action bar, providing quick access to the associated delivery record directly from the order.
