POS Viva.com Payments – Total And Partial Payments
This module integrates the Viva.com payment gateway directly into the Odoo POS payment screen.
It adds dedicated buttons for card payments, allowing smooth and secure transactions through a connected Viva.com terminal.
Partial payments are fully supported, enabling customers to split payments between multiple methods with ease.
Configuration is handled directly in the POS settings for a quick and reliable setup.

Configuration
- Go to Point of Sale > Your register configuration > Edit.
- In the settings, fill in:
- Use Viva.com API (checkbox)
- Merchant ID from your Viva.com Account
- Cash Register ID from your Viva.com Account
- Terminal ID to associate (must correspond to your payment terminal)
- Save the configuration.
- Go to Point of Sale > Settings > Payment Methods.
- Create a payment method, fill in:
- The journal you wish to use
- The Point of Sale that will use this payment method
- The integration set on Terminal
- The integrate with set on Viva.com
- Save the configuration.
- Verify that the payment method is set as used in your Point of Sale
Information Regarding Transaction Fees
The use of this module involves the application of technical fees of €0.02 excluding taxes per transaction processed through Viva.com.
These fees correspond to the provision, maintenance, development and technical support of the integration module between Odoo and Viva.com. They are separate from any fees, commissions or costs applied directly by Viva.com, which remains the provider of the payment service.
Payment processing, transaction approval or refusal, availability of the payment service, settlement times, refunds and any financial operation related to the transaction remain exclusively managed by Viva.com.
Terms of Use of the Module
The module is provided to enable the technical integration between Odoo and Viva.com. Its use is subject to these terms.
The user agrees to use the module in a compliant, stable and properly configured environment. Any modification of the source code, override, extension, adaptation, copy, resale, redistribution or integration of the module by a third party without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorized intervention on the module, including by an external service provider, third-party developer or non-approved integrator, fully releases the module publisher from any liability.
This includes, in particular, operating errors, data loss, transaction errors, incompatibilities, unexpected behavior or service interruptions that may result from such intervention.
Limitation of Liability
The module publisher shall under no circumstances be held liable for:
- transaction errors;
- refused, cancelled, duplicated or incomplete payments;
- interruptions or unavailability of Viva.com services;
- configuration errors in the Viva.com account or Odoo environment;
- modifications carried out by a third party;
- financial, commercial, accounting or operational consequences related to the use of the module.
The module acts solely as a technical connector between Odoo and Viva.com. It does not replace Viva.com and does not constitute a payment service.
Viva.com remains the sole provider of the payment service and remains responsible for payment processing carried out through its platform, in accordance with its own general terms and conditions.
The user is responsible for regularly verifying the proper functioning of their environment, the consistency of their transactions, their accounting records and their bank reconciliations.
Any use of the module implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.
Paiements Viva.com POS – Paiements Totaux et Partiels
Ce module intègre la solution Viva.com directement dans l’écran de paiement du point de vente Odoo.
Il ajoute un bouton dédié pour le paiement par carte, permettant des transactions fluides et sécurisées via un terminal Viva.com connecté.
Les paiements partiels sont pris en charge, offrant la possibilité de combiner plusieurs modes de règlement selon les besoins du client.
La configuration se fait simplement depuis les paramètres du POS pour une mise en place rapide et fiable.
Fonctionnalités

Configuration
- Allez dans Point de Vente > La Configuration de votre caisse > Editer.
- Dans les paramètres, remplissez:
- Use Viva.com API (case à cocher)
- Merchant ID depuis votre compte Viva.com
- Cash Register ID depuis votre compte Viva.com
- Terminal ID à associer (doit correspondre à votre terminal de paiement)
- Sauvegardez la configuration.
- Allez dans Point de Vente > Paramètres > Méthodes de paiement.
- Créez une méthode de paiement, puis renseignez:
- Le journal que vous souhaitez utiliser
- Le point de vente qui utilisera cette méthode de paiement
- L’intégration définie sur Terminal
- Le champ intégrer avec défini sur Viva.com
- Sauvegardez la configuration.
- Vérifiez que la méthode de paiement est bien activée dans votre point de vente.
Informations relatives aux frais de transaction
L’utilisation de ce module implique l’application de frais techniques de 0,02 € hors taxes par transaction traitée via Viva.com.
Ces frais correspondent à la mise à disposition, la maintenance, l’évolution et le support technique du module d’intégration entre Odoo et Viva.com. Ils sont distincts des éventuels frais, commissions ou coûts appliqués directement par Viva.com, qui reste le fournisseur du service de paiement.
Le traitement du paiement, l’acceptation ou le refus d’une transaction, la disponibilité du service de paiement, les délais de règlement, les remboursements et toute opération financière liée à la transaction restent exclusivement gérés par Viva.com.
Conditions d’utilisation du module
Le module est fourni afin de permettre l’intégration technique entre Odoo et Viva.com. Son utilisation est soumise aux présentes conditions.
L’utilisateur s’engage à utiliser le module dans un environnement conforme, stable et correctement configuré. Toute modification du code source, surcharge, extension, adaptation, copie, revente, redistribution ou intégration du module par un tiers sans accord écrit préalable est strictement interdite.
Toute intervention non autorisée sur le module, notamment par un prestataire externe, un développeur tiers ou un intégrateur non validé, dégage entièrement l’éditeur du module de toute responsabilité.
Cela inclut notamment les erreurs de fonctionnement, pertes de données, erreurs de transaction, incompatibilités, comportements inattendus ou interruptions de service pouvant en découler.
Limitation de responsabilité
L’éditeur du module ne peut en aucun cas être tenu responsable :
- des erreurs de transaction ;
- des paiements refusés, annulés, doublés ou incomplets ;
- des interruptions ou indisponibilités des services Viva.com ;
- des erreurs de configuration du compte Viva.com ou de l’environnement Odoo ;
- des modifications réalisées par un tiers ;
- des conséquences financières, commerciales, comptables ou opérationnelles liées à l’utilisation du module.
Le module agit uniquement comme un connecteur technique entre Odoo et Viva.com. Il ne se substitue pas à Viva.com et ne constitue pas un service de paiement.
Viva.com demeure seul fournisseur du service de paiement et reste responsable des traitements de paiement effectués via sa plateforme, selon ses propres conditions générales.
L’utilisateur est responsable de la vérification régulière du bon fonctionnement de son environnement, de la cohérence de ses transactions, de sa comptabilité et de ses rapprochements bancaires.
Toute utilisation du module implique l’acceptation pleine et entière des présentes conditions.
