1. Enable Multi-Currency Support: Activate and configure dynamic multi-currency functionality to allow your POS to process transactions in multiple currencies seamlessly.
2. Configure Currency-Specific Cash Journals: Create dedicated cash journals for each supported currency (e.g., USD, MXN, EUR, SAR) to ensure accurate accounting and currency-wise cash reconciliation.
3. Configure Multi-Currency Payment Methods: Create individual payment methods for each currency and link them to their respective journal and currency. This enables precise payment processing and cash control management.
4. Assign Payment Methods to POS: Attach the configured multi-currency payment methods to your POS configuration, allowing cashiers to accept payments in different currencies during sales.
