1. Monthly-Paid Employees

First 5 Years
Employees are entitled to 15 days' wage for each completed year of service. -
After 5 Years
Employees are entitled to 1 month's wage for each additional completed year of service. -
Maximum Benefit
The total End of Service benefit cannot exceed 18 months' salary.
General FormulaEOS Benefit = (15 Days Wage × Service Years up to 5 Years) + (1 Month Wage × Service Years after 5 Years) -

2. Daily, Weekly or Hourly Paid Employees
- Employees are entitled to 10 days' wage for each completed year during the first 5 years of service.
- Employees are entitled to 15 days' wage for each additional completed year after the first 5 years.
- Maximum Benefit: The total End of Service benefit cannot exceed one year's wages.
