1. Board Reading Room (Portal)
External directors log into a highly secure, distraction-free portal to access their meetings. They can RSVP, declare Conflicts of Interest (CoI), and securely review stitched Board Packs. With Offline Mode (PWA), directors can sync the board pack to their tablet and read it on the plane.
2. Automated Board Packs
Corporate Secretaries save hours of manual prep work. Upload PDFs directly to Agenda Items, and with one click, Odoo stitches them into a unified PDF, stamps page numbers, and generates a clickable table of contents.
