  • How It Works

    • Step 1: Navigate to Settings → Report Backgrounds Menu to access configuration.

    Step 2: Click on Background Images Menu >> Upload your background images by creating a new Background Image record. Enter a name, select the company, and upload your image file (PNG, JPG, or JPEG).

    Step 3:Now Go-To Background rules and Create Background Rules to define which background applies to which report. You can set company-wide backgrounds or report-specific backgrounds with priority rules.

    Step 4: Your PDF reports now display with the configured background! The background appears on every page automatically, providing professional branding.

    Multi-Company Support: You can assign a specific company to each report. The report will work only with the assigned company, allowing each company to maintain its own set of background images, configurations, and business rules.
