What it does
Easi Inbox turns Odoo into a real email client and a shared team workspace. Incoming mail is routed to the right person or the right team, displayed in a clean Gmail-like 3-pane UI (folders / list / reading view) with avatars, keyboard shortcuts, real-time notifications and a systray unread badge â and every email can be turned into the Odoo record it belongs to.
Mail arriving on catchall, bounce or an unknown alias is captured into a shared Unrouted folder instead of being silently dropped; mail on a shared team address lands in the Team Inbox where any member can take it.

3-pane Gmail-like UI: sender avatars, bold unread, body preview, conversation threads, smart tabs (Primary / Updates / Promotions), bulk actions and drag-and-drop.
Email → business record
One-click CRM lead, Helpdesk ticket, activity, or link/create any Odoo record from a mail. De-duplicated per conversation. The mail lands in the record's chatter.

How it works

Installation
- Place the
easi_inboxfolder under your Odoo addons path. - Restart the Odoo server.
- Apps → Update Apps List → search "Easi Inbox" → Install.
- Optional: configure a fetchmail server, declare teams, and add managers to the Cockpit Manager group.
Compatibility
- Odoo 19 â Community & Enterprise.
- Business bridges (CRM lead, Helpdesk ticket, activities, Partner 360) light up automatically when the matching app is installed â and are safely skipped otherwise.

Easi Inbox transforme Odoo en véritable client mail et en espace de travail partagé.
