Agents Kanban Dashboard
Direct application entry showing preset AI agents with custom icons, models, read-only/database status badges, and approval modes.
Filtered Chat Client (OWL)
Clicking an agent opens the chat history automatically filtered to sessions with that agent. Includes a clear indicator badge and a single-click "Clear" option.
Model-Level Permissions
Configure allowed Odoo database models under the "Database Permissions (Models)" tab. Unauthorized attempts return explicit configuration prompts.
Security Write Approvals
Risky database write calls (Create, Update, Delete) trigger inline approval cards in the chat window, preventing accidental data modification.
Administrative & Usage Guide
1. Configuring Providers
Go to Easy AI > Configuration > Providers. Define your API keys for standard providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) or third-party gateways (e.g. 9Router). Use the Test Connection button in the form header to confirm successful API handshake.
2. Auto-Populating Models
Define your models catalog under Easy AI > Configuration > Models. Once a provider default model is set, creating a new Agent and selecting that provider will automatically auto-populate the Specific LLM Model field, streamlining agent creation.
3. Database Model Permissions
To restrict an agent to specific tables, specify Odoo models under the Database Permissions (Models) tab. If an agent tries to query or edit a model not listed, it will display a helpful inline instruction prompting you to add the permission for that model.
4. Starting Filtered Chats
Enter the app to see the Agents Dashboard.
- Clicking anywhere on the card: Instantly starts or opens a chat session, filtered to show only that agent's history.
- Clicking the Gear Icon: Directly opens the Agent's form configuration view to edit prompts or permissions.
- Clearing Filters: Click the "Clear" button on the sidebar filter badge to see all global chat sessions.
