Hide/Show Export Button Specific Model

User-Specific Export Restrictions
The User-Specific Export Restrictions feature enables administrators to control data export permissions at the individual user level. By selecting one or more business models in the Restricted Export Models field, administrators can prevent users from exporting sensitive records from those specific models while allowing export access to all other unrestricted models. This flexible approach helps organizations protect confidential business data, enforce internal security policies, and maintain compliance without affecting the user's normal workflow or other access rights.
Automatic Export Menu Control
The Automatic Export Menu Control feature dynamically manages the visibility of the Export option throughout the system. Whenever a user accesses a restricted model, the application automatically hides the Export action from the Actions menu, preventing unauthorized data extraction. For models that are not restricted, the Export option remains available without requiring any manual configuration. This automated behavior ensures consistent permission enforcement across all supported models while providing a seamless and secure user experience.

1.) Configure User Export Restrictions
The Export Restrictions tab allows administrators to define which business models a specific user is not allowed to export. Simply select one or more models from the Restricted Export Models field. Once saved, the Export option will automatically be hidden for those models while remaining available for all other models.
Navigation : Settings → Users & Companies → Users
2.) Export Option Available
When a model is not included in the user's Restricted Export Models list, the Export option remains visible in the Actions menu.
3.) Add Additional Export Restriction
Administrators can update export permissions at any time by adding or removing models from the Restricted Export Models list.

4.) Export Option Hidden
When a user opens a model that has been configured in the Restricted Export Models list, the Export option is automatically removed from the Actions menu.
