Users can upload and configure their digital signature, setting it up to automatically appear on all sales and quotation reports. The process is simple, ensuring quick and easy setup without technical expertise.
Navigation : Settings → Users/Companies → Users
2.) User Signature in Quatation/Order Reports
Go to Sales and open a sale order and click on server action for print and generate the Quotation/Order Report.
3.) Sales and Quotation Report Generation
The user's signature is automatically included in the sales and quotation reports
