Multi-Company Digest Emails
One digest email, every company: per-company KPI sections plus combined totals, on Odoo 19.
The problem
Odoo's standard Digest email reports the KPIs of a single company. Managers who oversee several companies either receive one email per company or only ever see one company's numbers — and on Odoo 19 the KPI engine always reads values back for the digest's own company, so naive workarounds simply show zeros.
What this module does
Pick your companies
Enable Multi-Company Digest on any digest and select the companies to include. Digests without the toggle keep the standard Odoo behaviour.
Per-company KPI sections
Each company gets its own block with every enabled KPI over the standard Last 24h / Last 7 Days / Last 30 Days columns, including up/down trend margins.
Combined totals
A final Combined Total — All Companies section sums each KPI across the selected companies. Monetary totals are formatted in the digest company's currency (a shared currency is assumed — no conversion is applied).
Odoo 19 KPI fix built in
Includes the fix for Odoo 19's refactored KPI engine so each company section is computed for that company — real numbers, not zeros. Applies only while rendering a multi-company digest.
Works with your existing KPIs
Uses the digest KPIs you already enabled (connected users, messages, and the KPIs added by installed apps such as CRM or Sales). Digest tips and preference links keep working.
Requirements
Odoo 19.0. Depends only on the standard digest module.
