Cancel Sale Order - Three Operation Modes
Easily manage sale order cancellations with Cancel Only, Cancel and Reset to Draft, and Cancel and Delete options.
ð§ Features:

𧾠Configuration:
Go to Settings â Sales and choose your preferred Operation Type for cancelling sales orders:
- Cancel Only: Cancel order but keep record
- Cancel and Reset to Draft: Reuse the cancelled order
- Cancel and Delete: Permanently delete the order
ð Usage Guide:
Here, Sale Order And Linked delivery orders and invoices Will be Done Or Post Stage.
1ï¸â£ Cancel Only
This option cancels the sale order and updates the status to "Cancelled", without deleting the record. Linked delivery orders and invoices will also be cancelled if enabled.
2ï¸â£ Cancel and Reset to Draft
After cancellation, the order returns to the draft stage. You can now modify and reuse the sale order.
3ï¸â£ Cancel and Delete
The sale order is cancelled and immediately removed from the system along with any related deliveries and invoices.
4ï¸â£ Cancel Multiple Sale Orders
You can select multiple sale orders from the list view and cancel them in bulk using the "Action" dropdown. Depending on the configuration, the selected orders will be either cancelled, reset to draft, or deleted.
