Why track deletions?
Deletion Tracker allows you to keep a clear and actionable record of all deletions made to sensitive models in your Odoo database.
Set up a tracker for each template you want to monitor, apply a specific domain (e.g.: sale.order with status = Quotation), and save the important fields at the time of deletion to retain the essential history.
Key features
Tracker by model
Create a tracker for any model (e.g., sale.order, res.partner) to monitor all deletions related to it.
Filtering by domain
Associate a domain with the tracker to track only deletions that meet your criteria (e.g., status = Quote for sale.order).
Fields to save
Select the fields from the template that you want to keep at the time of deletion to facilitate subsequent audits and analyses.
Tracking by company
Limit monitoring to deletions made in the current company for a strict and controlled scope of control.

Create your trackers in just a few steps and start logging critical deletions right away.
Create a tracker
From the dedicated menu, create a new tracker and select the template you want to monitor.
Define the domain
Specify a domain to filter the records to be tracked (e.g., sale.order with status = Quotation).
Select the fields to track
Add the fields from the template (e.g., customer, total, sales rep) that should be recorded when deleted.
Configure the scope
Track only the current company, or enable the Global Tracking option to include all accessible companies.
Analyze deletions
View the list of recorded deletions, their values at the time of deletion, and contextual information.
