Multi-Company Product Visibility
The Multi-Company Product Visibility module extends Odoo 19’s standard multi-company functionality by allowing products to be assigned and shared across multiple companies simultaneously. With a clean tag-based interface and intelligent access rules, users can easily manage product visibility while ensuring secure company-based access. Products without company restrictions remain globally accessible, making the module ideal for centralized product management and shared catalogs across multiple organizations.
- ✅ Multi-Company Assignment - Simplify product sharing and visibility across multiple business entities from one centralized system.
- ✅ Reduced Duplicate Product Records - Eliminate the need to create the same product separately for each company.
- ✅ Enhanced Operational Efficiency - Save time and reduce administrative effort with centralized product maintenance.
- ✅ Better Security & Access Control - Ensure users only access products relevant to their company permissions.
- ✅ Consistent Product Information - Maintain standardized pricing, descriptions, and product data across companies.
Go to Products → Products, open or edit a product form, and use the Companies tag field to assign the product to one or multiple companies.
