The "Email CC, BCC, and Reply-To" module is a powerful addon that enables users to set default "Cc, Bcc, and Reply-To" addresses in the email wizard while composing emails. In standard Odoo, these options are not available. This module introduces complete "Cc, Bcc, and Reply-To" functionalities across all models in Odoo. Additionally, users can easily activate or deactivate these fields directly from the email wizard as needed.
To set up the Email CC, BCC, and Reply-To in Odoo, follow these steps:
- Navigate to General settings and activate developer mode.
- Click on Technical menu and then Emails Submenu.
- Open the Email form where you can add Cc, Bcc, and Reply-To in Compose Email.
As shown below, you can access the Email form from the Technical menu and then use the Cc, Bcc, and Reply-To fields when composing or reviewing emails.
Follow these steps to configure CC, BCC, and Reply-To settings at the Company level:
- Go to Users & Companies menu and then click on Company.
- Open the company record and set CC, BCC, and Reply-To email addresses.
- Enable the checkbox CC/BCC and Reply-To Visible to make these fields available in emails.
Once you configure CC, BCC, and Reply-To in the Company settings, these values will be automatically displayed in the Email Wizard. This ensures that all outgoing emails follow default email settings, avoiding repetitive manual entry and maintaining consistency across communications.

Hi,
Thanks for your interest in the email cc/bcc app. It depends actually. For e.g in the sales order window it is a many2many field, you can add a new contact or select existing 1's. On the other hand, in the invoice it is a character field, So one has to type the email.
