Employee Custody

This module allows you to manage custody of assets for each employee. You can track spare parts, changes, You can create asset deprecation automatic once submit the asset, and scrapping all in one page.

Create Asset Type:

Create Master Asset:

Submit the Master Asset and Create the deprecation:

Choose The Asset Model From Default Asset deprecation and enter the Asset Value:

Once Confirm Will Create The Draft Asset deprecation and waiting confirmation from Accounting

Assign The Asset To Employee:

Once Chose the Asset Type will get only the Serial that is Available(not assign to any employees)

Once Chose the Serial Will Auto Fill the Data From The Master Asset

Select The Employee To Assign The Custody to him

Once Assign The History Log Will Be Auto Filled And Will Be Filled Also in the Master Asset and create internal transfer from IT warehouse to Custody warehouse

Any Change in Any Part Will Be Filled in the Master History Log and also if the asset returned then assign to another employee will be filled in the master history log only and will create auto delivary from the IT WareHouse if change any Part
