This screen shows a list of employees in the system. You can see names, roles (e.g., Consultant,
Developer), contact info, and status (e.g., Employee, Consultant). This is the starting point to
view or manage employee details.
Beth Evans' Profile Details
This page displays detailed information for Beth Evans, an Experienced Developer. To generate the
Badge ID (041259093715), click the Generate Badge button. This ID links directly to her profile and
is used to create the scannable barcode.
Badge Printing and Scanning Setup
The badge with a barcode is printed and is being scanned by a barcode scanner connected to a laptop.
This barcode contains Beth's Badge ID to mark attendance.
This is the printed badge for Beth Evans. It includes her name, title, photo, and barcode (linked to
her Badge ID). It’s used for scanning to track attendance.
Barcode Scan Logs Attendance
After scanning the printed badge, Beth Evans’ attendance (Check-In and Check-Out) is logged in the
system with timestamps and images confirming identity.
Face Capturing Attendance Interface
This screen shows the Face Capturing Attendance system using a webcam. When a person appears, their
face is captured to recognize and record attendance.
Face Attendance Successful (Beth Evans)
The system has identified the person via face detection and displayed a message confirming Beth
Evans has checked out. This confirms facial recognition is active.
Attendance Record Showing Facial Check-In/Out
Final attendance record of Beth Evans shows Check-In and Check-Out times along with captured facial
images. However, the face does not match Beth Evans, suggesting possible misuse or proxy check-in.
