How It Works
📝 Create a Survey
Go to Employees › Surveys. Click New, add a title (e.g. Quarterly Satisfaction Survey), and add your questions — multiple choice, rating scale, or open text.
📧 Send to Employees
Click Send Survey and select which employees or departments should receive it. Each employee gets a unique link by email to fill in the survey anonymously or with their name.
📊 Collect and Analyze Responses
As employees respond, go to the survey and click See Results. View response rates, average scores, and open answers — all from within Odoo without any external survey tool.
🔁 Run Regularly
Duplicate the survey for next quarter with one click. Track trends over time by comparing results across survey rounds to measure improvement in engagement or satisfaction.
