Never Let a Missing Timesheet Slip Through Again
Employee Timesheet Reminder runs automatically every day and detects employees who did not encode their timesheet on the previous business day. It reminds each employee through a To-Do activity, an email, or both — and sends a consolidated report to their direct manager. Weekends, public holidays and approved leaves are automatically excluded, so people are only reminded about days they were genuinely expected to work. Everything is driven from Settings > Timesheets: enable the channels you want, choose the manager report frequency, and target everyone or only a selected list of employees and managers.

Every option lives in Settings > Timesheets. Turn the feature on or off, pick channels, frequency and scope — no developer mode required.
Configuration Options
All settings are available under Settings > Timesheets > Timesheet Reminder.
Timesheet Reminder
The master switch for the whole feature. When disabled, the scheduled action does nothing — no employee or manager is notified.
Remind Employees & Channel
Enable employee notifications and choose the channel: Activity, Email, or Activity and Email. The activity lands in the employee's to-do list and the email is sent to their work address.
Employee Scope
Choose All employees to remind everyone with a missing timesheet, or Selected employees to limit reminders to a specific list you pick — ideal for piloting the feature on one team first.
Notify Managers & Frequency
Send each manager a consolidated report of their team's missing timesheets. Pick a Daily report covering the previous business day, or a Weekly report sent every Monday for the previous week.
Manager Scope
Choose All managers so every manager receives a report for their team, or Selected managers to restrict the consolidated report to the managers you explicitly select.
How to Use
From installation to automatic reminders in three easy steps.
Install the Module
Install Employee Timesheet Reminder from the Apps menu. It builds on the standard HR, Timesheets, Time Off and Discuss apps, and registers a daily scheduled action automatically.
Configure in Settings
Open Settings > Timesheets and find the Timesheet Reminder block. Enable the feature, choose the employee channel and scope, then set the manager report frequency and scope.
Let It Run
That's it. Every day the scheduled action checks the previous business day, skips weekends, holidays and leaves, and notifies the right people. Reminders and manager reports are delivered without any manual intervention.
