How do I get my ePost API credentials?
You need to have a Swiss ePost business account with API access enabled:

- Fetch Documents: Manually trigger document download for any letter

Yes, administrators can delete letters directly from ePost through Odoo:
- Remove from ePost: Permanently deletes the letter from your ePost inbox
- Delete Record: Only removes the Odoo record, letter remains in ePost
- A confirmation dialog prevents accidental deletions
How does the OCR feature work?
When generating vendor bills, the module leverages Odoo's built-in OCR (Enterprise feature):
- The letter PDF is attached to the vendor bill
- Odoo's AI automatically extracts invoice data (vendor, amounts, dates)
- An activity is created for the responsible user to review the extracted data
Which letter types are supported?
The module supports the CLASSIC letters.
