What Gets Disabled

How to Use

  1. Install the module from Apps menu
  2. Go to Settings → Disable Followers
  3. Configure the settings:
    • Disable Followers Globally: Check this to disable followers across all models
    • Disable for Specific Models: Select specific models where followers should be disabled
  4. Save the settings
  5. The changes will take effect immediately

Configuration Options

Global Disable

When "Disable Followers Globally" is enabled, followers functionality is disabled across all Odoo models. This is useful when you want to completely remove followers from your Odoo instance.

Model-Specific Disable

You can also disable followers for specific models only. This allows you to keep followers enabled for some models while disabling them for others. Simply select the models from the dropdown list.
