Import & Export Files
Importing Files to Odoo
After mapping folders, you can import files from specific cloud folders directly into Odoo. The module automatically creates attachment records and links them to the appropriate Odoo objects.
Exporting Files to Cloud
Export existing Odoo attachments to cloud storage with a single click. You can export:

Folder Mapping & Organization

Configuration Guide
Step 1: Configure Provider
Navigate to Cloud Storage → Configuration → Storage Providers. Create a new provider, select the type (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.), and configure authentication.
Step 2: Set Root Folder
Define a root folder path (e.g., /Odoo) where all Odoo attachments will be stored in the cloud.
Step 3: Map Folders
Go to Folder Mapping and create mappings for different document types or Odoo models.
Step 4: Start Using
Upload existing attachments to cloud or enable automatic cloud storage for new files.

Enable synchronization to automatically keep your files in sync. Set a maximum file size to control which files go to the cloud based on size.
