How to Use
Line-Level Discounts
- Create or open a purchase order
- Add order lines with products
- For each line, select discount type (Percentage or Fixed Amount)
- Enter the discount value
- Discount amount calculates automatically
- Line subtotal reflects the discounted price
Global Discounts
- Open a purchase order
- Scroll to the Global Discount section
- Select discount type (Percentage or Fixed Amount)
- Enter the global discount value
- Total updates with global discount applied
- Global discount applies after all line discounts
Configuration
- Go to Purchase → Configuration → Settings
- Find Purchase Order Discounts section
- Enable/disable discount functionality
- Choose discount calculation method (taxed/untaxed amounts)
- Save settings
