How It Works
1. User Registration
When a new user registers through the signup form, the system automatically:
- Creates an inactive user account

2. Email Verification
The user receives an email with a verification link. When they click the link:
- The system validates the token
- Marks the email as verified
- Informs the user that their account is pending admin approval
3. Admin Approval
Administrators can:
- View all users pending approval from the "Pending Approvals" menu
- Review user details and verification status
- Approve users with a single click
- Reject users if necessary
- Manually resend verification emails if needed
4. Account Activation
Once approved by an administrator:
- The user account is activated
- An approval notification email is sent to the user
- The user can now log in to the system
