Getting started
After install, your ErpSimple administrator provides two values: your company’s ErpSimple web address and a connection password. Enter them in Odoo under Settings, then turn on the pre-installed automation rules. That’s it.
If something can’t be delivered, Odoo keeps working — nothing in your daily operations is blocked.
Who is this for?
Teams running Odoo 19 on Odoo.sh or their own servers, connected to ErpSimple (or a compatible ERP with the Odoo integration).
Using Odoo Online? Choose ErpSimple Webhooks Lite instead — same goal, lighter install.
Data & privacy
Odoo only sends data after you configure a destination. Each message includes the record reference, the new status, and when the change happened. Invoice updates may include how much has been paid. Nothing leaves your systems until you set that up, and you choose where it goes.
