Why Choose This Module
What it does Solicitud de anticipo — record an advance request per employee with the requested amount, the reason and the requested date. Límite legal (devengado) — checks the requested amount against the part of the salary already accrued in the current period (work already performed), plus a configurable company policy cap (a percentage of monthly salary and an absolute ceiling). Advances cannot exceed accrued work (art. 29.1 ET). Plan de devolución — generates a repayment schedule across one or several payslips (straight-line instalments), with the outstanding balance tracked instalment by instalment. Deducción en recibo — for any pay month it produces the deduction line ("anticipo" / "reintegro de anticipo") to carry into the recibo de salarios, and reconciles the repaid amount against the outstanding balance. Estado — draft → approved → granted → repaid lifecycle, with the outstanding and repaid totals always recomputed from the instalments.
