Por qué elegir este módulo
Qué hace: Registro de solicitudes — un registro por solicitud, con el derecho solicitado, el canal, el interesado y el usuario responsable, además de una traza de auditoría completa. Verificación de identidad — la solicitud no puede resolverse hasta que se verifica la identidad del interesado; se registran el método y la fecha de verificación. Plazo legal (30 días) — el plazo de respuesta se calcula (1 mes desde una solicitud verificada, ampliable 2 meses más para solicitudes complejas conforme al art. 12.3 RGPD); las solicitudes fuera de plazo quedan marcadas. Respuesta — registra la resolución (concedida / concedida parcialmente / rechazada con motivo) y la fecha de respuesta; los rechazos deben llevar un motivo. Exportación de datos — para las solicitudes de acceso y portabilidad, genera una exportación estructurada (CSV) de los datos personales que la empresa conserva sobre el interesado en los modelos seleccionados, para poder entregársela.
