Why Choose This Module
What it does Request register — one record per request, with the right requested, the channel, the data subject and the responsible user, plus a full audit trail. Identity verification — the request cannot be answered until the data subject's identity is verified; the verification method and date are recorded. Legal deadline (30 days) — the response deadline is computed (1 month from a verified request, extendable by 2 months for complex requests under art. 12.3 RGPD); overdue requests are flagged. Response — record the resolution (granted / partially granted / refused with grounds) and the response date; refusals must carry a reason. Data export — for access and portability requests, build a structured export (CSV) of the personal data the company holds about the subject in the selected models, so it can be handed to the data subject.
