Carpintería a medida: pedidos con medidas/materiales/acabados, despiece optimizado de tableros, control de stock de tablero, fases de producción, aprobación de cliente e instalación.
Gestión integral del taller de carpintería / ebanistería para fabricación de muebles y elementos **a medida**, desde el presupuesto hasta el montaje en obra.
Características principales
Pedidos a medida
cada elemento se define con sus medidas (ancho x alto), material (tablero), cantos (canteado por lado) y acabado. El módulo calcula automáticamente la superficie, el coste de material, el coste de canteado, el recargo de acabado, la mano de obra y el precio de venta con el margen aplicado.
Despiece y optimización
un asistente explota cada módulo en sus paneles (laterales, techo/suelo, baldas, trasera) y un motor de *nesting* 2D (estanterías con corte guillotina, rotación de pieza y kerf de sierra) calcula cuántos tableros se necesitan y el porcentaje de aprovechamiento / desperdicio.
Stock de tablero
control interno del stock de cada material en número de hojas, con entradas, reservas por pedido y consumo en la entrega, además de aviso de stock mínimo.
Fases de producción
cada pedido se descompone en fases ponderadas (despiece, corte, canteado, mecanizado, acabado, montaje, instalación) que alimentan una barra de avance.
Aprobación del cliente
bloqueo de producción hasta la aprobación del presupuesto, con registro de quién y cuándo aprobó.
Instalación
planificación de las visitas de montaje en obra con equipo, duración y vista de calendario.
Exportación CSV
exporta los elementos o el despiece a CSV para la sierra de paneles o como registro del taller.
