ES Cooperativa Socios
Gestión integral de cooperativas: libro registro de socios (alta/baja), aportaciones al capital social (obligatorias/voluntarias con intereses), entregas de producto, retornos cooperativos y asambleas con registro de votaciones.
Una herramienta de gestión completa para cooperativas españolas (agrarias, de trabajo asociado y de consumo). Lleva el libro registro de socios, controla el capital social aportado por cada socio, liquida las entregas de producto en las cooperativas agrarias, reparte el excedente cooperativo en forma de retornos y gestiona las asambleas con su registro de votaciones.
Key Features
Libro registro de socios
alta y baja de socios con número correlativo, tipo de socio (ordinario, colaborador, trabajo, excedente), fecha de alta y baja, y control del capital mínimo obligatorio. Estados borrador / activo / baja con su flujo de trabajo.
Aportaciones al capital social
registra aportaciones obligatorias y voluntarias por socio, su desembolso y su eventual reembolso. Calcula los **intereses devengados** de cada aportación según el tipo de interés y los días transcurridos, conforme a los estatutos.
Entregas de producto (cooperativas agrarias)
registra las entregas de cada socio por campaña, con cantidad, unidad y precio de liquidación, y calcula el importe liquidado. La actividad cooperativizada de cada socio se consolida automáticamente.
Retornos cooperativos
reparte el excedente del ejercicio entre los socios en proporción a su actividad (entregas) o a su capital, aplicando primero las dotaciones obligatorias al Fondo de Reserva Obligatorio (FRO) y al Fondo de Educación y Promoción (FEP). Genera el detalle por socio con su coeficiente y su retorno.
Asambleas y votaciones
convoca asambleas ordinarias y extraordinarias, registra la asistencia (presencial o representada), calcula el quórum y lleva el registro de votaciones de cada punto del orden del día, resolviendo el resultado según la mayoría requerida.
Exportación CSV
exporta el libro registro de socios para su archivo.
