Clinics (clientes): the dental clinics that send cases, each with its own price list and dentist contacts. Prosthesis catalogue: types of work (corona zirconio, carilla, férula, prótesis removible, etc.) with default stages and base price. Work orders (casos): one case per patient/prescription with the prescribing dentist, tooth numbers, shade, material and a production stage flow (recepción → diseño CAD → fresado/milling → maquillado → control calidad → enviado → entregado). Material lot tracking: register the material lots (zirconio, disilicato, resina) consumed per case for traceability. Due dates and overdue detection so urgent cases are visible. Courier dispatch: record the carrier, tracking and dispatch/delivery dates. Per-clinic price lists: a price per prosthesis type per clinic, applied automatically to new case lines; the case total is an internal worksheet.
