Worker pool (trabajadores en misión) with NIF/NIE, NAF, professional category, skills/aptitudes and hourly cost. Client orders (pedidos de puestos) from empresas usuarias, with the legal causa of the contrato de puesta a disposición (circunstancias de la producción / sustitución / formativo) and its justification. Assignments = contrato de puesta a disposición (CPD), linking a pool worker to a puesto for a period, with bill/cost rates and an overlap guard. Worked-hours parts (partes de horas) per shift (turno) feeding the live margin computation per assignment and the projected margin per order. Availability calendar (disponibilidad) per worker and a dispatch wizard that suggests available, skill-matched workers and creates draft assignments, with a dispatch CSV export.
