Gestión de excedencias laborales (art. 46 ET): tipos, reserva de puesto, validación de duración, cotización y reingreso.
Gestione las excedencias del personal conforme al artículo 46 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, de principio a fin, dentro de Odoo RRHH.

Catálogo de tipos
excedencia voluntaria (art. 46.2), forzosa (art. 46.1), por cuidado de hijos y por cuidado de familiares (art. 46.3), más tipos propios de convenio. Cada tipo lleva sus reglas legales: antigüedad mínima exigida, duración mínima y máxima, carencia entre excedencias, régimen de reserva de puesto, cotización a la Seguridad Social y plazo de reingreso.
Validación de duración y elegibilidad
al solicitar una excedencia se comprueba la antigüedad del empleado, los límites de duración del tipo y la carencia (p. ej. 4 años entre excedencias voluntarias). Los errores se explican de forma clara.
Reserva de puesto (reserva de puesto)
calcula la fase de reserva vigente en cada momento: mismo puesto, puesto del mismo grupo profesional o derecho preferente al reingreso, con la fecha exacta de cambio de fase en el régimen por fases.
Cotización durante la excedencia
indica qué meses computan o se asimilan a cotización en la Seguridad Social y si el periodo computa a efectos de antigüedad.
Flujo de reingreso y plazos
registra la solicitud de reincorporación, calcula el plazo límite (p. ej. 30 días desde el cese del cargo en la forzosa), avisa con antelación mediante actividades y marca los reingresos fuera de plazo.
Simulador
un asistente calcula elegibilidad, línea temporal de reserva, cotización y plazo de reingreso antes de formalizar la excedencia, y puede crear el expediente directamente.
Calendario y panel
vista de calendario de inicios/fines y un panel con estados (en curso, reingreso solicitado, caducada). Un proceso diario avisa de plazos próximos y caduca las excedencias finalizadas sin reingreso.
