Why Choose This Module
Child enrolment (matrícula): personal data, guardians, classroom (aula), start / end dates and enrolment state. Classrooms (aulas) with a configurable adult:child ratio and live occupancy vs. legal ratio warnings. Daily reports (parte diario): meals (comidas), naps (siestas), nappies (pañales) and mood, one entry per child per day. Allergy and medication log: registered allergies and time-stamped medication administration records with the authorising guardian. Parent communication: announcements / messages to a child's guardians, logged on the child record. Monthly fee (cuota mensual) generation per enrolled child, with optional tracking of the public childcare voucher (bono guardería / cheque guardería) deduction and the remaining family-paid amount.
