Por qué elegir este módulo
Funcionalidades: inmuebles con su referencia catastral, dirección, superficie y tipo (vivienda, local, oficina, plaza de garaje). Contratos de arrendamiento con inquilino, renta mensual, periodicidad, fechas, índice de actualización (IPC) y la retención de IRPF cuando el arrendatario es empresario/profesional (19 %). Generación de recibos de renta y rent roll por inmueble y periodo. Actualización de renta por IPC: aplica la variación interanual publicada a la renta vigente y deja constancia de la actualización. Fianzas (depósito legal) por contrato, con seguimiento de su importe y devolución. Gastos por inmueble (IBI, comunidad, seguro, mantenimiento) imputables al resultado del arrendamiento. Hoja de trabajo del modelo 115: base de las retenciones practicadas y cuota a ingresar por trimestre, lista para que el arrendatario la presente en la Sede de la AEAT con su propio certificado.
