Gestión de kilometraje y dietas con cálculo automático del exceso sujeto a IRPF según los límites exentos de la AEAT, listo para trasladar al recibo de salarios.
Controle las dietas y el kilometraje de sus empleados y separe automáticamente la parte **exenta** de IRPF del **exceso sujeto**, aplicando los límites legales de la AEAT (Reglamento del IRPF, art. 9).
Características principales
Límites configurables
una tabla de importes exentos con los valores de referencia de la AEAT ya precargados (0,26 €/km; manutención nacional 26,67 / 53,34 €/día sin/con pernocta; extranjero 48,08 / 91,35 €/día; alojamiento exento si está justificado). Todos los importes son editables y puede mantener varias tablas con fecha de vigencia.
Desplazamientos por empleado
registre cada viaje (fechas, destino nacional o extranjero, motivo) con sus conceptos: kilometraje, días de manutención, alojamiento y otros gastos.
Reparto automático exento/sujeto
cada concepto calcula la parte exenta (km × tarifa, días × límite, alojamiento justificado) y el exceso que supera el límite y queda sujeto a IRPF como rendimiento del trabajo.
Exceso para el recibo de salarios
agrupe por empleado y período el exceso sujeto y obtenga la cifra exacta a incorporar como retribución sujeta en el recibo de salarios. Un asistente genera estos aportes en bloque.
Exportación CSV
exporte el detalle por concepto, por desplazamiento o el resumen por empleado como hoja de trabajo para su asesoría o su nómina.
