Why Choose This Module
Site (centro) registry per customer with surface, address and geo coordinates. Service contracts per site with frequency (daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly), weekly day pattern, planned duration, monthly price and SLA response hours. Automatic generation of planned visits over a configurable horizon, honouring the frequency and weekday pattern (idempotent — no duplicates). Crew / turno (shift) scheduling with morning/afternoon/night shifts. Geolocated QR check-in/check-out: the operative position is compared against the site coordinates (Haversine distance) and validated against the allowed radius; actual minutes worked are computed from check-in/out timestamps. Consumable stock per site with reorder point and below-minimum flagging. Incident reports with category, priority, acknowledgement and SLA deadline / breach computation, plus a draft→acknowledge→in-progress→resolve→close flow.
