ES Modelo 190 Anual
Annual Modelo 190 worksheet: IRPF work/activity withholdings per perceptor by clave A-L and subclave, with Modelo 111 reconciliation, as an informative summary you file at the AEAT.
The AEAT *Modelo 190* is the annual informative summary of the withholdings and payments on account of IRPF on income from work, economic activities, prizes and certain capital gains that were declared quarterly on *Modelo 111*. This app records each *perceptor* (recipient) and the amounts withheld during the year, classifies them by the statutory *clave* (A to L) and *subclave*, and builds the annual 190 summary as a worksheet you file at the AEAT yourself.
Key Features
Perceptores
register each recipient with NIF, province code, the income *clave* and *subclave*, and the *ceuta/melilla* reduction flag.
Annual lines
capture per perceptor the *percepciones íntegras* and the *retenciones practicadas*, the *percepciones en especie* (in kind) and their ingresos a cuenta, plus the dineraria/especie split.
Clave / subclave catalogue
the real 190 keys: A (employees), B (pensions), C (unemployment), E (board members), F (courses/conferences), G (economic activities), H (agriculture), I (professional/artistic activities), etc., with the valid subclaves per clave.
Modelo 111 reconciliation
total the four quarters of Modelo 111 and check that the sum of the 190 lines ties to the annual 111 figures, flagging the *descuadre* (mismatch) per box.
CSV / worksheet export
export the 190 in the AEAT field order and the reconciliation worksheet for review.
