Por qué elegir este módulo
Construye la hoja informativa del Modelo 720 (declaración informativa de bienes y derechos situados en el extranjero, Orden HAP/72/2013). Controla los bienes en el extranjero agrupados en las tres categorías oficiales (cuentas en entidades financieras; valores, derechos, seguros y rentas; e inmuebles), aplica el umbral de declaración de 50.000 EUR por categoría, calcula la valoración a fin de año y el saldo medio del cuarto trimestre de las cuentas, y detecta la regla de variación superior a 20.000 EUR que obliga a volver a declarar. El módulo genera una hoja revisable más una exportación CSV. NO transmite a la AEAT: el cliente presenta el Modelo 720 con su propio acceso a la Sede Electrónica de la AEAT.
