Leave request per employee: birth/adoption/foster date, the 16-week entitlement, the 6 mandatory weeks immediately after birth and the flexible remaining 10 weeks (which may be enjoyed in weekly blocks until the child is 12 months old), part-time enjoyment, multiple-birth / disability extensions. Base reguladora diaria computed from the prior month's contribution base (base de cotización por contingencias comunes / 30), with the daily subsidy at 100%% of the base reguladora paid by the INSS. Continuity of cotización during the leave: the company keeps reporting the contribution base; the app lists the affected periods and bases for the payroll/RED file the customer submits. A period planner (week blocks) with overlap checks and an entitlement counter. An INSS application worksheet (CSV/PDF) the employee/company files through their OWN Seguridad Social (Importass / RED-SILTRA) login.
